Contact Us

  • Helpdesk - Our Helpdesk is located at http://www.ZoomPoint.net/clients, once you login, you can submit a ticket for your issue, this is an integrated system, you may use to track support and response.
  • Contact Form - This is often the quickest way to submit urgent, or non-urgent, support requests.
  • eMail - If clients prefer the more personal nature of email over support tickets, they may always feel free to email their requests to our staff. Email is not always as quick as paging a technician with a contact form or support ticket, because the mailboxes are not monitored at all times, but eMail can still be much more personable. This is also a great way to submit non-urgent requests. Please try to resist paging our 24 hour, on-call engineers, for non-urgent matters.
